per usual, a newsletter cock full of your love of food and health. thanks for the reminder that veggies have a multitude of applications...food for thought, haha, thoughts for my food. more seeds planted for me to get the veggies i need in ways that seems inspired, varied and not a chore to eat. MUCH LOVE. oh yeah, i first learned COLCANNON from you, gotta love it!!!

Terrific Susan. Your newsletters are so inspirational. I've just had 2 1/2 weeks of diarrhea which may be viral, not sure yet. But I have been making your chicken soup and bone broth to heal my gut. Can't wait to eat veggies and salads again.
